We want both you and your baby to be totally happy with your PlayBox. If there’s a problem with yours, please contact us on hello@PlayLogy.co.nz We accept returns in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Just let us know your order number and your reason for returning your PlayBox. Any notes of damaged goods need to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your PlayBox.

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand.

We currently don’t ship outside of New Zealand. If you’re not in New Zealand and you really want a PlayBox, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

All PlayLogy orders are shipped on the next business day. PlayBoxes will usually arrive (and the fun can start!) in 2-5 business days.

All PlayLogy’s PlayBoxes come with 5-6 items, designed to boost your child’s brain development. When you buy a PlayBox, you’ll also get follow-up digital packs with more information on how to make the most of playtime with your little one.

Use your coupon at our online store checkout (only one coupon code can be applied per purchase). There’s a limit of one coupon per customer, and coupons aren’t redeemable for cash. You can cover the cost of an entire PlayBox or product, or gift cards can be put towards a purchase. Just note that discount codes and coupons can’t be used to buy gift cards.

Each of our PlayBoxes has been created with a collection of products in mind, so they can target all the areas of child development. When you buy a whole PlayBox, you’ll also get sent a series of digital packs filled with more information about how to make the most of playtime with your baby. That said, we understand you might only want to buy one particular toy, so we do make some of our most popular PlayBox items available for individual sale. If a PlayBox is out-of-stock, that means we’ll be busy behind the scenes re-stocking our supply. Email us at hello@PlayLogy.co.nz if you’d like to be given a heads up as soon as we’re back in stock.

Every PlayBox item comes with its own card, which includes any specific cleaning instructions. Dishwashers and sterilisers can be a little harsh on some products, so for most we recommend hand-washing or spot-cleaning and then lying flat to dry.

Absolutely. Your baby’s safety is our priority, and all materials used in our PlayBoxes and products comply with global toy safety standards. Each toy comes with a card that breaks down the safety of each toy in more detail. All PlayBoxes are checked at our warehouse before dispatch, to make doubly sure that the items inside them are safe and sound. Also, as soon as you see any signs of damage from wear and tear, please stop using the item as a safety precaution.

Once you and your baby are finished with your PlayBox, you may like to send it back our way. We’ll clean it, sterilise it where possible, and package it up again, ready to send on to a family who needs it.

Child development and stage-based play

Play is an extremely important part of a child's early development. Playing helps your baby’s brain develop and provides invaluable opportunities to grow their language and communication skills. Play is the perfect opportunity for you to bond with your child.

To make sure every PlayLogy PlayBox is backed by the latest research, we’ve worked with some fantastic experts in both the science and education fields. You can learn more about them here. They played an important role in choosing and curating what goes into each PlayBox – helping us make sure all five of the key areas of child development are covered; cognitive, speech and language, social and emotional, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills.

Babies sure do like to keep us on our toes, don’t they. If your new little arrival arrived a little earlier than planned, you can choose a PlayBox that lines up with your baby’s actual birth date.

Not at all. As your baby grows, they’ll start using the items in all sorts of different ways. Watching their little brains tick over as they explore, learn, and develop their play is all part of the fun.

You can make opening your PlayBox a special moment for you and your baby to look forward to. Bring each item out slowly one at a time, rather than all at once. You might play with just one item on the first day, then introduce a new toy on the second day – and so on. You can gauge the vibe with your little one. If your baby seems uninterested in a particular item, just give it another try the next day. You might be surprised how quickly their little interests can change.
