For 'Click and Collect' from Mount Eden, Auckland use the code 'CLICK' at the checkout and we will be in contact with you to arrange a collection time. There is no charge for this. Same day collection is possible, please send us a message first to check Hello@PlayLogy.co.nz  

When will my PlayBox arrive?
All PlayLogy orders are shipped on the next business day. PlayBoxes will usually arrive (and the fun can start!) in 2-5 business days.

How do I return or exchange my PlayBox?
We want both you and your baby to be totally happy with your PlayBox. If there’s a problem with yours, please contact us a Hello@PlayLogy.co.nz. We accept returns in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Just let us know your order number and your reason for returning your PlayBox. Return shipping will be at the customer's cost. Any notes of damaged or defective goods need to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your PlayBox. We will provide a shipping label to return the items to us.
