Each play item comes with a card explaining what it is, and how to use it. As part of your PlayBox, you’ll also receive a digital PlayPack sent to your email, filled with extra tips, tricks, and ideas for sensory play.

Want all the play, without too much packaging? 
We offer both 'premium' packaging and a 'minimal' option, which is pared back packaging.  
The 'premium' packaging for our PlayBox (0-15 months) includes our white patterned gift box and the 'minimal' option includes a simple single colour branded cardboard box.  The 'premium' packaging for our Toddler PlayBox (16-24 months) includes a complimentary PlayBag.
For our PlayToy orders, our 'premium' packaging includes patterned tissue paper and the 'minimal' packaging uses unbranded tissue.

When will my PlayBox arrive?
All PlayLogy orders are shipped on the next business day. PlayBoxes will usually arrive (and the fun can start!) in 2-5 business days.

How do I return or exchange my PlayBox?
We want both you and your baby to be totally happy with your PlayBox. If there’s a problem with yours, please contact us on Hello@PlayLogy.co.nz. We accept returns in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Just let us know your order number and your reason for returning your PlayBox. Any notes of damaged goods need to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your PlayBox.
